How Does the Customisation Work?
Great question! We have over six thousand different chocolate designs available, and if you don’t see something you like, we also have an in house graphic artist that will design something for you, free of charge! All of our house-made designs have the ability to be customised with names and a personal message, and we always are happy to use a design you’ve created! We even allow you to choose the type of chocolate that you use! All of our products focus very highly on quality with most of our selections, either being Belgium milk chocolate or Lindt chocolate. We can even put a golden ticket or message inside the candy bar wrappers for you, much like a certain chocolate factory you may have heard of.
Once you’ve decided on your design or worked with us to make one, we’ll send you a proof. If the proof is to your satisfaction, we’ll move on to production, and if it’s not, that is no problem at all! We’re happy to create as many proofs as we need to ensure you’re happy with the end result, and we won’t go to printing until we get the go-ahead!
